Ontario Parks Day-Use Permits 

"Check Out" nature with a Parks Pass!

Experience the natural beauty of more than 100  provincial parks with an Ontario Parks pass for free day-use access to all Ontario Provincial Parks.

Each pass offers admission of 1 vehicle and its passengers (excludes buses). The pass is valid for entry during the parks’ regular operating seasons and regular business hours only. Park capacity limitations will apply. Ontario Park passes can be borrowed for 1 week. Note this pass is Day Use only and does not include camping fees.

New this year you can reserve a day use permit up to 5 days in advance to guarantee entry! These reservations are free of charge when using our PEPL Ontario Parks Pass. Reservations can be made at the following Ontario Parks:

Grand River Park Passes

The Grand River Conservation Areas pass gives you free entry to the 10 Grand River Parks conservation areas and the Luther March Wildlife Management area during their operating seasons. 

The pass is for up to 6 people in one vehicle (or walking/biking in as a group). Grand River Parks passes can be borrowed for 1 week. Note this pass is Day Use only and does not include camping fees

Upper Thames River Conservation Authority 

The Upper Thames River Conservation Authority pass gives you day-use access to the Fanshawe, Pittock & Wildwood Conservation Areas.

Each pass offers admission of 1 vehicle and its passengers (excludes buses). The Upper Thames pass can be borrowed for 1 week. Note this pass is for Day Use only and does not include camping fees

PERC Pool Pass

The PERC Pool pass allows free access for the pass holder and immediate family only into the PERC pool during public swim times.

The Pool pass can be borrowed for 1 week. Only available during the summer months.

By checking out a Pool Pass Authority you agree to the Pass Lending Policy

Any Perth East Public Library cardholder age 18+ with an account in good standing can check out a PEPL day pass 

Households (households are accounts that are registered at the same address) are permitted to have one permit out at a time.

These permits will not circulate to other PCIN loaning libraries.

All Day-Use Passes are available for a 7-day loan period but are not available for renewal. This will ensure as many people as possible get a chance to use these permits.

Households are permitted to have one active hold on a pass at a time.

All Day Passes should be returned in person to the circulation desk during library operating hours, in the booklet, it was received in (when applicable). This will ensure the permit doesn’t get lost or damaged.

Overdue fines for Day Passes are $2.00/ Day

The replacement cost for a lost Parks Permit is $200

The replacement cost for a lost Upper Thames Day Pass is $140

The replacement cost for a lost Pool Pass is $100
