Book Club with the OPP
Join members of the OPP to discuss books related to human trafficking, intimate partner violence, murder, and hope.

Cozy Winter Reading Challenge
You are invited to our winter reading challenge! Starting on January 20th, fill out as many reading trackers as you can for your chance to win a book! This contest is for kids and adults. The last day to submit reading trackers in exchange for ballots is Thursday, March 20.

Service Canada Pop-Ups
We are excited to announce that PEPL is having Service Canada Pop-Ups for Perth East residents! They can provide assistance with getting people social insurance numbers, setting up pension/old age security, assisting with employment insurance, helping people get set up with the new Canadian Dental Care Plan, and more!
Please drop in for this service. There is no need to make an appointment.

Afternoon Book Club: Every 3rd Tuesday at 1-2pm - Afternoon book club features a variety of book selection and great conversation with Cindy and other book club members. Call PEPL at 519-595-8395, talk to a staff at the front desk or email us at pel@pertheastpl.ca to sign up!

Wednesday
Play and Learn by Early On Weekly at 9:30am-11:30am - Children birth to age 6 with their parent/caregiver: A safe play environment which allows children to explore & create with new materials, play alongside other children & learn to express their thoughts and feelings through social interactions.
YMCA Settlement Services from 9:00am-11am - This free service provides immigrants all the help and support they need to begin their new lives in Canada.

Infant Program - A 6-week program designed to offer a safe space for parents to discuss parenting successes and challenges, as well as other weekly topics decided on by the group. *Pre-registration is required*. The program starts on Wednesday, January 22 @ 2:30-3:30pm and runs for six weeks, until February 26.
Thursday
Sing to Me: Weekly at 10am - Join Pastor Sonja for a song-based program for toddlers and children! Please note, there will be no program on Tuesday, December 24 or 31. When the program resumes in the new year, it will take place on Thursdays. The first program in 2025 will be Thursday, January 9.
